Having tried dining at a Hong Kong Cafe @ East Coast Park (memories of good taste still lingers on………..), I decided to bring my dear and kids to eat at Xin Wang Cafe @ Kovan. Hmm…….wonders if it’s food is as good as the one in East Coast? Quite a crowd when we arrived, but we waited not too long in the queue before we were given a round table with cushioned chairs. Good ambience….I feel upon walking in the place.
What we ordered, err……not all is nice.
My pork ribs bee hoon is oily. I’m not sure if the ribs are of the canned variety, but it was soft and slid off the bone with ease.

Nick said his wanton noodles tasted OK. Mandy liked her cheese baked rice with fish fillet. Sammi ordered cheese baked rice with chicken wing.

Dear’s baked pork chop spaghetti

We all liked the french toast, iced lychee tea, iced yuan yang, iced milk tea and soya bean milk. But overall, I found the food is over priced and over rated. The Hong Kong Cafe @ East Coast Park is my preferred choice.

This blog’s great!! Thanks

This is quite a up-to-date info. I think I’ll share it on Facebook.
